Exclusion: To prevent birds from accessing your property, we can install physical barriers such as bird netting, spikes, or other deterrents. These measures create obstacles that make it difficult for birds to land or perch, effectively excluding them from the area.

Repellents: Our team utilizes a range of repellents to make your property less attractive to birds. This may involve using products that emit unpleasant smells or sounds, or implementing measures that disrupt their ability to land or perch comfortably.

Trapping: While trapping is considered a last resort due to the stress it may cause to the birds, in certain cases, it may be necessary for their removal. We always prioritize humane methods when trapping birds, ensuring their well-being throughout the process.

We are committed to using the most humane techniques available when dealing with bird-related issues. Additionally, we take proactive steps to prevent birds from returning to your property once they have been removed.

At Jim’s Termite & Pest Control, we offer a range of professional bird control solutions to address bird-related issues effectively and safely. Our experienced technicians utilises various bird control products and techniques tailored to each unique situation. Some of the commonly used bird control products we employ include:

1. Bird Spikes: We install bird spikes, physical barriers with pointed ends, on surfaces where birds tend to land or perch. These spikes create an uncomfortable environment, discouraging birds from roosting or nesting in those areas.

2. Bird Netting: We use durable and lightweight mesh material bird netting to create physical barriers that prevent birds from accessing specific areas. This is particularly effective for protecting crops, gardens, and structures from bird damage.

3. Bird Repellent Gels: Our team applies non-toxic bird repellent gels to surfaces where birds commonly roost or perch. These gels create a sticky or tacky texture that birds find unpleasant, deterring them from landing or perching on treated areas.

4. Sonic Devices: We use sonic devices that emit sounds or distress calls to mimic bird predators or create noise disturbances to deter birds from targeted locations. These devices are designed to be safe and humane while effectively preventing birds.

Our approach to bird control is based on a thorough assessment of the bird-related issue and the specific needs of our clients. We prioritise using humane and environmentally friendly methods to address bird problems. Our trained professionals will recommend and implement the most appropriate bird control solutions to effectively manage and deter birds from unwanted areas.
